Cassiopiea Design & Engineering, LLP, (CDE) is a Company engaged in providing Conceptual, Procedural and Operational Consultancy and Technical Advisory Services to Indian and Foreign Companies engaged in development and production of various products for Defence Forces and Para Military Organisations.

In response to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s clarion call for “Start-Up India”, Cassiopiea Consultants Pvt Ltd was reconstituted as CDE, and was incorporated as an LLP Company on 03 December 2019, under Section 12(1) of the Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008 of India.

Manufacturing of UAVs Quad copter, Fixed Wing, MALE & HALE in collaboration with Indian Company & Foreign OEMs.

Panel of Experts

CDE has extensive experience of the defence industry, from both the ‘User’ and ‘Industry’ perspectives. The Company has on its Team, Senior & field-level former servicemen, and former employees of PSUs who have, between them, vast professional and technical knowledge of equipment in as diverse fields as Procurement Procedures, QA, R & D, Operations, manufacturing, Repair & Maintenance and Overhaul & Upgradation. CDE personnel have been accorded, on many occasions, Indian MoD Security Clearance to participate alongside their foreign and Indian Principals in various rial and Evaluation procedures. The Panel Members are also keen students of Geo-Politics and Strategic Affairs.

Dream Team

Maj P.V. Krishnan – has served for nearly two decades in the Indian Artillery. MSc Tech (Weapon Systems) qualified on Long Gunnery Staff Course and Technical Staff Course, MSc Tech (Armament Technology). He has served for about four years in the Weapons & Equipment Directorate and on the Project Management Board of the IGMDP. He was Army HQ representative on the Drafting Committee of DPP 2002.
